Meal realised in partnership with students in fast food studies.

All the caracteristics of a fast-food meal were here but we worked to make it different and healthy.
The hamburger was sweet with panna cotta and fresh fruits, the french fries were made with polenta and spinach, beetroat and curry, nuggets were made with tofu and herbs, sundaes were made of Tzatziki.
It was a great adventure to work with the students to try to change their Vision around their practice.
We worked a lot on the textures, tastes and colours of food.
